With our dedicated phone number, you won’t find yourself pressing one for accounts or two to log a service call. Our customers are given a dedicated account manager who will oversee their needs, meaning there is always a consistent point of contact for any problem or query. No issue is too big or too small, we’ll always give top-quality customer care.
Our Training Programme
We train our own engineers on every product we offer meaning they are all manufacturer certified. Our engineers will look after your machine to ensure it is working at its best and continues to meet its high energy efficiency standards, therefore we make sure our training programme keeps them up to date so that they know your office printer inside out. They also undertake IT training so they can troubleshoot and diagnose networking, printing or scanning problems remotely.
Response Time
Evolve Business Solutions prides ourselves on our rapid response time to enquiries and service calls. One of our core values is being supportive, we understand our customers need reliability, so we are here when you need us – on average it takes 3 hours for a service engineer to arrive. We proactively maintain the print hardware with remote software to ensure you’re getting the most out of your office printer, plus we schedule preventive maintenance visits twice a year to make sure equipment is working efficiently.
