Our Story.

We're a provider of Managed Print Services and a Konica Minolta Partner based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

We were founded by an experienced group who've been in the managed print industry for a combined 35+ years. Having worked for independent dealerships, corporate organisations, and directly for the manufacturers we know we can put together everything we've learnt to offer the best possible local service.

Konica Minolta was chosen as the manufacturer because we believe in the quality of the product they offer. Our engineers know they're reliable, and the support from the manufacturer is first rate. Over the last 15 years it's the brand we've found clients are happiest with.

What sets us apart?


A Personal Touch

We believe our phones should be answered in our office, and not in a call centre. That's why we have a local phone number, and you'll never need to press one for accounts or two to log a service call. Our service visits are planned by someone local; we don't need to look on Google Maps to estimate how long it will take us to be with you.


Our Training Programme

All our service engineers are manufacturer trained and certified, on every product we offer. They also undertake IT training so they can troubleshoot and diagnose networking, printing, or scanning problems.

Response Times

On average it takes 3 hours for a service engineer to arrive. As we only service Konica Minolta equipment, we'll have all the parts we need to carry out the job 96% of the time. We'll never post you parts and expect you to fit them yourself.


A friendly Account Manager

Every client has a personal Account Manager. We don't use a telesales team to try and pressure you for a quick sale over the phone. We love to sit down with our clients and discuss what's best for them over a coffee.

Do you use OEM parts?

We only use genuine Konica Minolta parts, and won't ever use second hand or "refurbished" components. We know the quality just isn't the same.


Who do you use for PDI/delivery/installation?

Everything we can do in-house, we do. We stock our own equipment, use our engineers to build new devices in our workshop, then deliver and install the equipment ourselves. We stock our own toner in our warehouse, and dispatch and deliver it ourselves.


Do you provide proactive maintenance?

We use the latest remote monitoring software to keep an eye on your equipment, and perform scheduled visits up to 4 times a year to make sure everything's working as it should.


Do you offer one-off servicing?

We're happy to make one-off visits, and will give you an honest opinion about what's necessary to get your equipment working again or to bring the print quality back to what you expect.
