Due to our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become vacant at Evolve Business Solutions (EA) Ltd for an IT Support Engineer. Evolve supply and support many businesses in East Anglia with their photocopiers and printers.
Duties will include:
Provide desktop / face to face support to our customers
Site visits / Installations
Set up of internal and external laptops / PC’s onto network
Troubleshoot technical issues
Implement fixes
Remote networking
Installing, configuring and maintaining relevant devices and software
IT infrastructure onsite
Support the team with various other ad hoc duties when required
Required skills:
1-year minimum IT experience
Knowledge of Office 365 / MAC’s / Windows
Remote desktop
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt
Well organised and high attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Full, clean UK driving licence
