As demand for our services continues to grow, so do we. Following our move to larger premises, we’ve now doubled our warehouse and office space to ensure we’re ready for the future.
Our expansion from 2,250 sq ft to 3,350 sq ft gives us additional warehouse storage, more office space and the capacity to continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect.
It’s the latest step in our ongoing investment, alongside growing our team, strengthening our infrastructure and expanding our customer base across East Anglia.
How managed print services have evolved
While many see printing as a declining industry, we believe businesses’ requirements have simply evolved.
Modern organisations now need secure print management for hybrid working, cloud-connected devices, automated software updates, document security, managed workflows and energy-efficient technology that helps reduce both costs and environmental impact.
By focusing on these changing workplace requirements, rather than simply supplying printers, and by placing a strong emphasis on customer service, we’ve continued to grow in a market where many competitors are standing still.
Investing in better print solutions for our customers
The additional premises will allow us to hold significantly more stock of printers, consumables and spare parts, improving availability for our customers while creating additional office space for our expanding team.
Our Managing Director, Ross Cracknell, said:
“Many people think printing is disappearing, but that’s simply not what we’re seeing. Businesses are printing differently and they need solutions that are secure, efficient and flexible enough to support today’s way of working.
“Whether staff are working from the office, at home or across multiple sites, organisations still need reliable document management. They also need software that keeps devices secure, protects sensitive information and helps reduce operating costs.
“Our role has evolved far beyond supplying printers. We’re helping businesses improve productivity, strengthen security and make smarter long-term technology decisions.”
Unlike many national providers, we deliver our entire service in-house using our own manufacturer-trained engineers. Our customers benefit from proactive maintenance, remote monitoring technology and an average response time of around three hours, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
This expansion is the latest milestone in our continued investment strategy, following our recent relocation to larger headquarters, recruitment of additional staff and ongoing investment in technology, vehicles and customer support.
Ross added:
“We’ve always reinvested back into the business. Every decision we’ve made has been about improving the service we deliver to customers and ensuring we’re ready for the next stage of growth.
“Taking on the neighbouring premises gives us the space we need today, while creating capacity for tomorrow. It’s another investment in our customers, our team and the future of the business.”
We provide managed print and document solutions to hundreds of businesses across East Anglia, helping organisations improve efficiency, strengthen document security and reduce environmental impact through smarter workplace technology.
